摘　　要： 本文介绍了我国理论界的"转型论"与当代中国家族企业的转型实践大相径庭的状况,分析了先行市场经济国家家族企业的发展经验、中国国企改革目标模式的选择以及现代公司制对家族企业色彩的扬弃,从中得出结论:当代中国家族企业向现代公司转型是市场经济发展的客观要求和必然趋势。 This paper illustrates the theory of "transformation" in our theory arena and the huge gap with the reality. It analyzes the experiences of some advanced economies, Chinese state-run-enterprises reform models and the impact of modern corporation system on family business. It draws the conclusion that: the transformation of Chinese family business into modern corporation is in line with the objective cause and it is also the inexorable trend.
