摘　　要： 在民办高等院校专任教师中,青年教师往往占据"半壁江山",因此,提升青年教师授课水平对这些院校保证教学质量具有重要的现实意义。本文结合广东培正学院青年教师授课状况对此进行了分析和阐述,并提出了提升青年教师授课水平的构想。 In most cases, young-teachers take up half of the teaching staff in private higher education institutions. Therefore, it is of significant importance to improve the teaching quality of young teachers. Through analyzing and illustrating the teaching status quo of young teachers in Guangdong Peizheng College, this article provides some ideas on upgrading and improving the teaching efficiecy acy of young teachers alike.
