摘 要: 对艾蒿甲醇提取物进行了液-液分部萃取,并测定了甲醇提取物及其分部萃取物在不同浓度下,对草莓灰霉菌的离体抗菌活性。结果表明,甲醇对艾蒿的提取率为5.687%,其石油醚部、乙酸乙酯部、正丁醇部和水溶物分别占0.600%、1.139%、1.060%和2.942%。在艾蒿甲醇提取物及其石油醚分部萃取物、乙酸乙酯分部萃取物、正丁醇分部萃取物和水分部剩余物中,正丁醇分部萃取物的抑菌作用最强,对草莓灰霉菌的EC50为261.85ug/m l。复配艾蒿的甲醇提取物,制成浓度为5%和2%的溶液处理草莓果实,具有明显降低其采后病害的作用。 The methanol extracts of Artemisia argyi was fractioned by liquid-liquid partition method with petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,n-butanol.and water.And the antifungal activity of the plant extracts or fractions against Botrytis cinerea at different concentrations were evaluated in vitro.Results showed that the methanol extracting rates of Artemisia argyi was 5.687%,its petroleum ether fraction,ethyl acetate fraction,n-butanol fraction and water remnant accounted for 0.600%,1.139%,1.060% and 2.942%.Among the methanol extract or its fractions of Artemisia argyi,the ethyl acetate fraction had the strongest antifungal action to the disease,and the EC50 against Botrytis cinerea 261.85ug/ml,respectively.It were found that the use of mixed Artemisia argyi methanol extract at 5% and 2% could obviously reduce the incidence of diseases of postharvested strawberry
