摘　　要： 随着经济全球化的深化,我国的综合国力和企业竞争力不断提高,为我国发展对外直接投资奠定了坚实的基础。本文根据小岛清的边际扩张理论及我国的对外直接投资分布现状,着重分析了我国对外直接投资的产业选择走向。 The development of economic globalization,improvement of our national strength and the ability of competition of enterprises have laid a solid foundation for external investment.The paper analyzes how to develop external investment according to Xiaodaqing's theory about boundary expanding and the present situation of our country's external investment distribution.
