摘　　要： 在人才需求市场调研的基础上,本文提出了民办高校管理类专业应用型人才的培育模式是复合型人才与外向型人才的有机组合,并论述了民办高校管理类应用型人才培育模式的可行性与内容以及运作的保障机制。 Based on the market research on talents demand, the article raises that the model of application-oriented personnel cultivation in management-related majors at private higher education institutions should be an organic combination of interdisciplinary and export affair related one. It also discusses the feasibility, contents and operational safeguard mechanism of such a model.
