摘　　要： 本文通过国外对华反倾销的案例阐述了市场经济地位在我国反倾销中的重要性,对世界各国的市场经济标准及其相容性进行分析,在此基础上分析了我国经济的市场化程度,以及与标准的主要差距,并就如何采取相应的对策措施来争取更多国家承认我国的"市场经济地位"进行了探讨。 By analyzing the anti-dumpling cases against China, this article illustrates the importance of market economy status in combating foreign anti-dumpling claims against China. This article also investigates different market economy standards and compatibility among these economies. It probes the market economy degree of Chinese economy and our gap with othe main economies in the world. The writer produces correspond- ing measures for more counties to admit our market economy status.
