摘　　要： 当今,随着重大农艺数量性状的定位,这些数量性状位点(QTL)随之被克隆的报道层出不穷。本文回顾了数量性状的主要研究成果,包括数量性状理论的形成和发展,较为系统地讨论了分子标记的种类、作图群体的类型、QTL的分析方法、重要农艺性状的QTL定位研究进展,列举了利用图位克隆的方法克隆了QTL的重大成就,并总结了数量性状图位克隆的一般过程。 With the primary identification QTLs of importance agronomic traits, cloning of these quantitative trait loci (QTLs) have been reported constantly at present. In this paper, we reviewed important research achievements of QTLs including the formation and development of quantitative trait theory. We discussed systematically several kinds of molecular marker and mapping population, the methods of QTL analysis and research progress of identification QTLs on importance agronomic traits. We also gave many significant examples on successful cloning of QTLs. And general process of map-based cloning of QTLs was summarized.
