摘　　要： 提出了一个在基于TD-SCDMA的数字集群通信中实现短消息业务的网络体系结构设计方案,介绍了该结构各实体的功能。针对在该结构下短消息业务的实现,设计了对应的信令流程,并按照集群的特性提出了一些特殊的业务实现方案。 In this paper,a network structure of digital trunking communication system based on TD-SCDMA is proposed,and function of each module is introduced.A signaling flow of short message service over this structure and some specific realization are also proposed according to characteristic of system.
