摘　　要： 介绍了在3G标准下实现集群通信的总体设计.由于技术特点的优势,笔者挑选了中国提出的3G标准TD-SCDMA作为实现3G集群通信系统的技术基础,概括了基于TD-SCDMA技术的集群通信系统的组成结构、主要功能和需要解决的难题. In this paper,we introduce the total design of trunking system based on 3G.Because of the advantages of the technique,we choose TD-SCDMA which is a 3G standard of China as the base of the 3G trunking system.We give out the makeup,function and difficult problems to be settled.
