摘　　要： 高校实行的奖学金评选制度对大学生起到了激励和导向作用,但在奖学金管理的具体工作中存在着不合理的现象,对此进行了探讨并提出了几点改进建议。 The scholarship assessment system applied in universities has been playing an important role as motivation and direction.However,some unreasonable phenomena exist.This paper tends to make an analysis of them and put forward some suggestions.
