摘　　要： 农村教育有自己的特点,农村小学主要弱在教师。为了适应新时期农村教育发展的需要,相应的教师教育机构需要调整其培养目标,重建课程与教学体系,重塑学校文化,加强农村教育研究,从而能使所培养的未来农村教师能更好地服务于农村基础教育。 Rural education possesses its own features.Teachers' quality is the main factor affects the development of rural schools.In order to meet the new needs of rural education,teacher education organizations should readjust their goals,reconstruct curriculum and teaching systems,and redesign campus culture.It is necessary to enhance study of rural education so as to train competent teachers for better service in rural education.
