摘　　要： 针对目前赠书的低效利用问题,通过对图书馆集群赠书管理和单馆赠书管理进行差异分析,指出图书馆集群赠书管理的优势。继而分别从六方面详细分析图书馆集群赠书管理需注意的问题。最后指出图书馆集群赠书管理只有走创新发展的道路,才能使赠书资源得到更为充分的利用。 In accordance with the problem of inefficient use of donated book, by the analysis of the differences of donated book management between library cluster and a single library, the paper points out the advantages of donated book management of library cluster. Then, it analyses the problems we should take attention to the donated book management of library cluster from six aspects in detail. At last, points out that only with the road to innovation and development, donated book re- sources can be made the most of use.
