摘　　要： 近年来,苏州市通过实施投资优惠政策、改善投资环境等措施,吸引了大量外资。但是,目前外资的实际利用率较低,引资、用资结构不尽合理,引资环境也需要优化。苏州要通过调整引资结构、完善机制、优化环境等吸引更多的外资,提高外资的实际利用率,促进苏州经济的快速发展。 In recents years,by carrying out investment preferential policy and improving investment environment,Su Zhou has attracted a lot of foriegn capital.However,the actural utilization ratio of foriegn capital is relatively low at present,foriegn capital attraction environment should be optimized.Therefore,Suzhou should adjust attraction environment,perfect mechanism and optimize environment so as to attract more foriegn capital.Moreover,Suzhou should also improve the actural utilization ration of foriegn capital to further promote the economic development at a rapid speed.
