摘　　要： 反思当前我国学生综合素质评价实践,为合理、科学、有效地开展学生综合素质评价提供支持,是社会关注的热点问题之一。笔者认为,当前我国学生综合素质评价实践存在一系列问题,如综合素质价值主体迷失、用低层次的需要发动评价、评价功能的选择存在内在冲突、用应试思维设计开展评价的策略、运行评价所需要的条件超越国情、运行评价的过程缺乏正当性等。对此,建议采取厘清价值主体、用实现高层次的需要发动评价、开展可行的综合素质评价及在运行评价过程中强调正当性等对策来改进和完善学生综合素质评价实践。 A review on today’s practice of Students’ Synthetic Quality Evaluation(SSQE) for its rational,scientific and effective implementation is one of the focal issues of the education in China.This paper presents six problems of current SSQE,including:losing value subject of synthetic quality in SSQE,launching SSQE with the low-level needs,containing an inherent conflict in selecting of the SSQE’s functions,using the exam-oriented thinking to design SSQE’s strategy,operating SSQE’s conditions exceeding the national conditions and lacking of legitimacy in operating SSQE.Four countermeasures are provided that include clarifying value main body in SSQE,using the high-level needs to launch SSQE,carrying out feasible SSQE,and operating legitimate process of SSQE to improve and perfect the practice of SSQE.
