摘　　要： 独立学院是我国高等教育发展改革的产物,自20世纪90年代末出现以来,凭借母体学院的教育优势和民营运作的机制优势迅速崛起,已经成为我国高等教育体系中的一个重要组成部分。独立学院取得成绩的同时,还存在着各种各样的问题,有些问题直接关系到独立学院的发展,在指出存在问题的同时,分析了产生这些问题的原因,并提出了解决问题的措施。 Independent colleges are the outcome of the reform and development in Chinese tertiary education. Since appearing at the end of the 1990s, combining the advantages of education of mother universities and regime of private enterprises, independent colleges have risen rapidly and have been an important part of Chinese tertiary education system.Although the achievements they have reached,there are still many problems and some of the them influence the development of the colleges directly.This article puts forward some problems they have and analyses the causes.At the end,it proposes several measures.
