摘 要: 2009年4~11月在河北省大名县采用大田试验播种杂交狼尾草(Pennisetum americanum×P.purpureum)种茎,研究不同种植密度(6 944,13 889,27 778株/hm2)不同刈割茬数后其饲用价值的变化,为杂交狼尾草在生产实践中发挥较大的饲用价值提供理论依据。结果表明:粗蛋白含量随密度的增加而下降,中性洗涤纤维以密度居中者最大,酸性洗涤纤维随着密度的增大而增大,粗灰分含量随密度增加减小。随着刈割茬数的增多,粗蛋白和粗灰分含量均降低,NDF和ADF含量增高。综合种植密度和刈割次数,要得到高品质的杂交狼尾草,适宜种植密度为6 944株/hm2,且为第1茬刈割的鲜草。 To ensure the optimal density and the cutting frequency for Pennisetum americanum×P.purpureum quality under certain ecological conditions,we designed three plant densities under field condtion,in Handan of Hebei province from April to November in 2009,to test quality of Pennisetum americanum×P.purpureum.The results showed that crude protein(%)and Ash(%)decreased while DNF and ADF(%) increased with the increasing of plant density.Crude protein(%)and ash(%)decreased while NDF and ADF increased with cutting frequency increasing.The best nutrition quality was obtianed at 6 944 plant/hm2 in the first cutting.
