摘　　要： "代耕农"是珠三角农业流动人口中的特殊群体,对当地经济社会发展有特殊贡献。他们面临着相同的社会问题与发展困境,但在经济收入,人际交往,入户问题,征地补偿,利益诉求等方面也存在诸多区域性差异。地方政府制定解决"代耕农"问题的方案与措施时,既要注意普遍适用性,更要考虑地方差异性,必须结合当地实际提出针对性方略。 ＂Daigeng Farmers＂ is a special group of agricultural floating population in Pearl River Delta area, they plant the land which the local farmers abandon or are unwilling to plant and have their own special contribution to the social and economic development of the region. However because of institutional barriers, they are facing many problems in earnings, personal interaction, ＂hukou＂, compensation for government＇s land acquisition, interests protection. These problems may differ in different areas and if the government of different areas take actions or issue policies to help them to solve these problems, the government should consider both the universal applicability and the specific regional diversity of the ＂Daigeng Farmers＂ for a more realistic and pertinent policies.
