摘　　要： 运用案例分析法,对金山化工浆层纸生产联盟体中互惠共生界面选择机制进行了深入分析。发现加盟企业与盟主企业合作愿景的兼容性对供应链联盟互惠共生对象选择机制的形成起关键作用;联盟成员间知识的互动和整合方式决定了供应链联盟共生介质接触方式选择的方向;盟主企业的共生界面选择机制为有效建构供应链联盟界面关系,提高联盟成员企业间物质、信息或能量双向交流的动力并降低其阻力提供了重要保障。 This paper analyzes the choice mechanism of mutualism interface in the alliance consisted of GPBC and other companies producing coated paper in case study. It finds that： the compatibility of cooperative vision of the common enterprises and leaders in alliance plays a key role in the formation of symbiotic object choice mechanism in supply chain alliance; the knowledge interaction and integration between members of the alliance determines the direction in the choice of symbiosis medium contact mode; the choice mechanism of symbiotic interface of the leader in alliance provides an important indemnification in building the supply chain alliance interface between enterprises effectively, improving the power of league members to exchange material, information or energy and reducing the resistance force .
