摘 要: 采用硫代乙酰胺为均相沉淀试剂,通过水热法合成了结晶性好的ZnS微米球和CdS纳米材料,对其生长机理进行了探讨,产物通过XRD,SEM,UV-Vis,PL光谱对材料进行表征,结果表明类似条件下合成的ZnS微米球是由多个纳米粒子堆积而成,球与球之间分散性很好,而CdS纳米球粒径比ZnS小一些,分散性也相对较差.与粉末状样品相比,ZnS,CdS的UV-vis吸收峰分别出现了明显的蓝移. We use thioacetamide(TAA) as homo-deposition reagent to acquire ZnS microballs and CdS nanomaterials by hydrothermal method.The growth mechanism of ZnS and CdS materials was discussed.The products were characterized by XRD,SEM,UV-Vis,Photoluminescence spectra.It indicated that the ZnS products were accumulated by many small nanoparticles and it showed good dispersion between the microballs.But the size of CdS products was smaller than that of ZnS with relative bad dispersion.Compared with the bulk samples,the peaks of UV-Vis were blue-shifted obviously for both samples.
