摘　　要： 立法性文本的特点决定了译者应使用的翻译策略。文章从法律英语文本的几个典型特点入手,以《探矿权采矿权转让管理办法(1998)》英译本中的误译为例进行了评析,论述了"静态对等翻译观"作为立法性文本翻译策略的有效性。 The translation strategy of legislative texts is determined by the linguistic features of such texts. Therefore, the article intends to analyze typical translation errors concerning linguistic features with a reference to the English version of Measures for the Administration of Transfer of Mineral Exploration Right and Mining Right, and thus elaborating on the effectiveness of adopting static equivalence strategy.
