摘 要: 建立了检测8种动物源性和植物源性食品中2,4-滴丁酸(2,4-Dichlorophenoxybutyric acid,2,4-DB)残留量的气相色谱-质谱法。试样经乙腈-水提取,Oasis MAX阴离子交换小柱净化,经双(三甲基硅烷基)三氟乙酰胺衍生化,气相色谱质谱法检测,外标法定量。方法中2,4-DB在0.01μg/mL^5.0μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r>0.99);0.1 mg/kg、0.2 mg/kg、1.0 mg/kg加标水平的平均回收率为73%~98.3%,方法的总体变异系数为2.8%~5.8%;方法检出限为0.1 mg/kg。 A method for determination of 2,4-Dichlorophenoxybutyric acid by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was developed.The sample was extracted with acetonitrile-water,purified by Oasis MAX column,derivatizated by bis(trimethylsilyl) trifluoroacetamide,and analyzed by GC-MS,quantified by external standard method.The linear relationships was fine(r0.99) with a linear range from 0.01 to 5.0 μg/mL.The mean recovery were 73%~98.3% when 2,4-DB was added at levels of 0.1 mg/kg,0.2 mg/kg,1.0 mg/kg,the residual standard deviation between the sample determinations was between 2.8%~5.8%.The detection limit of the residues was 0.1 mg/kg which meet the international determination request of 2,4-Dichlorophenoxybutyric acid residues.
