摘　　要： 了解中职生不良行为习惯的现状并分析其成因,根据班级德育教育的实践经验提出改变不良行为习惯的对策,即用正强化建立和巩固学生的良好行为习惯,用负强化矫正不良行为习惯,并采用家校合作充分发挥家庭教育的作用。 Exploring the present situation and causes of the bad behaviors of secondary-vocational school students, the article puts forward with the countermeasures to improve the behaviors of students according to the practices of moral education in secondary-vocational schools. That is to say, positive reinforcements are used to build and strengthen the students＇ good behavior while negative reinforcements are used to improve the bad behaviors. Meanwhile, the fully cooperation between school and family should be emphasized to take advantage of the role of family education.
