摘　　要： 通过调查和文献资料、比较等方法,针对中、日、德国和意大利等国家青少年足球运动员的人口、文化教育与青少年足球竞赛赛制、每年的比赛场次等现况等进行比较分析。结果发现,中国足球运动发展的缺陷是青少年足球运动员的人口、比赛场次都比其他国家少,运动员文化教育程度低。我国在青少年足球人才培养过程中,应优化足球环境,扩大足球人口;根据青少年的特点,制定合理的多元化竞赛赛制;同时,加强文化素质、心理素质、意志力、应变能力和战略战术等综合能力的培养。 By means of survey,literature review and comparison,this paper makes a comparative study and analysis of football for juveniles in China,Japan,Germany and Italy in terms of the respective population of juvenile football players in these countries,the cultural and educational systems,match systems,schedules and rounds every year.The report has found that the defficiencies of football in China contain comparatirely less population of juvenile players,fewer matches and lower educational levels.Therefore,measures of bringing up juvenile football players in China should include optimizing and boosting the football population.Besides,competition mechanism should be established based on the characteristics of the juvenile football players.In order to fulfill the aim of well-rounded education,culture course,mental study,teaching of developing the ability of quick response and strategy learning should be involved.
