季铵盐改性黏土对铜绿微囊藻的去除研究

摘  要: 考查了不同结构季铵盐表面活性剂改性蒙脱土对铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)的去除作用。结果表明,不同链长季铵盐改性蒙脱土的除藻效果不同,季铵盐取代基团对改性蒙脱土除藻效果有较显著影响。疏水链为十四烷基时,除藻效果最好。碳链长度相同时,苄基或吡啶环的引入有助于提高蒙脱土的除藻效率。十四烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵改性蒙脱土对铜绿微囊藻具有较高的去除效率,96 h半抑制浓度为12.51 mg/L。加入十四烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵改性蒙脱土后,短期内铜绿微囊藻水体中藻毒素的含量明显增加,然后显著下降。十四烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵改性蒙脱土对斑马鱼96 h的半致死浓度为61.66 mg/L,提示对其他水生生物的影响比较有限。十四烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵改性蒙脱土可作为"水华"应急处置的潜在除藻剂。 Removal efficiency of Microcystis aeruginosa by modified montmorillonite(MMT) with quaternary ammonium surfactant of different structures was studied.Results showed that the modified MMT with various chain lengths exhibited different removal efficiencies against M.aeruginosa,and substituent groups in quaternary ammonium had important effect on the removal efficiencies of the modified clays.The modified MMT with tetradecyl hydrophobic chain owned the best removal efficiency against M.aeruginosa,while the addition of benzyl group or pyridine ring could improve the removal efficiency of modified MMT.Among the modified MMT assayed,one with tetradecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium bromide exhibited the highest removal efficiency,with IC50 of 12.51mg/L at 96h.After the addition of the modified MMT,the level of Microcystin-LR in M.aeruginosa culture increased in a short time,and then decreased.High LC50(61.66 mg/L) at 96h of modified MMT for Brachydamio rerio suggested that the modified MMT had low toxicity on the other organisms.Combined with high removal efficiency,low toxicity to the other organisms,it would probably be reasonable to believe that MMT modified by tetradecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium bromide should be a favorable choice to control M.aeruginosa blooms.
