摘　　要： 《京都议定书》在2012年即将到期,清洁发展机制将何去何从成为发达国家和发展中国家共同关注的焦点。本文用博弈理论对清洁发展机制市场进行了分析;特别是对美国、欧盟和日本与中国的项目合作市场前景进行了预测,提出了中国的应对策略。 Since Kyoto Protocol is going to be expired in 2012,all the developed and developing countries are very concerned about the future of clean development mechanism.Be using the game theory the paper analyzes the market of clean development mechanism,especially the projects of CDM between the U.S.,EU,Japan and China.Based on this,the suggestions for Chinese government are provided.
