摘 要: 以‘巴厘’和‘无刺卡因’菠萝为试材,测定了同一季节成熟的菠萝果实的生长发育及其发育过程中糖积累及蔗糖代谢相关酶活性。结果表明,两种果实的生长曲线都符合单‘S’曲线模型,幼果期果实生长较缓,迅速生长期果实生长加快,成熟期果实生长又减缓,整个生长周期仅有一个生长高峰;不同菠萝品种主要积累糖的种类也不同,‘巴厘’品种以积累蔗糖为主,己糖与蔗糖的比值约为0.65;而‘无刺卡因’品种是以积累己糖为主,己糖与蔗糖的比值约为5.92。不同的蔗糖代谢酶活性决定了不同品种果实中糖积累的不同,‘巴厘’果实中主要调控蔗糖积累的酶包括SPS、中性转化酶NI(Netural invertaseI)和酸性转化酶AI(Acid invertase),而‘无刺卡因’果实主要由NI和AI调控。 The differences in fruit growth and development, sugar accumulation and enzyme activities related to sugar metabolism were studied in the fruit of pineapple cv. 'Comte de paris' and 'Smooth Cayenne'. The results showed that both 'Comte de paris' and 'Smooth Cayenne' fruit growth curve was in single'S' pattern. The growth was slow in young fruit period, then accelerated in rapid growth period, and slowed down at the stages of fruit maturation. There was one peak in the whole growth period. The different varieties had different pattern of sugar accumulation. In 'Comte de paris', there was more sucrose than reducing sugars accumulated with a hexose to sucrose ratio of 0.65. In contrast, in 'Smooth Cayenne', more reducing sugars were accumulated and the ratio was 5.92. Sugar accumulation was closely related to sink activity. Different cuhivars showed difference in dominant enzymes. The dominant enzymes in 'Comte de paris' were SPS, NI and AI, whereas NI and AI in 'Smooth Cayenne'.
