摘 要: 惯例网络能够全面反映企业的现实构造。本文在惯例网络演化机制分析的基础上,建立了兼顾全局/局域演化、增长、适应度以及节点退出等4方面因素的演化模型。该模型包含了节点适应度突变率、衰退率、全局择优连接率三个主要参数,采用了小世界性、网络适应度两个评价指标。通过仿真发现,在突变率大于零的条件下,节点强度分布服从幂律指数为2~3的幂律分布;小世界性随着网络规模增长逐渐下降,在网络规模稳定后也进入稳定状态,突变率、择优连接方式是主要影响因素;网络适应度受突变率、衰退率影响演化方向存在分化现象;企业通过调整主导逻辑可在一定程度上改善网络特性。 The routines network can reflect the realistic structure of enterprise whole roundly. In this paper, based on the analysis of the evolutionary mechanism of enterprise routines network, we propose an evolving model with four factors: overall/local-world evolution, network fitness, node joining and leaving. This model includes node fitness mutation rate, decline rate and overall merit rate as main parameters, adopts small-world property and network fitness as value standard. From emulation, we discover that, the node strength of en- terprise routines network distribution obeys power-law strength distribution with the exponentγ∈ [ 2, 3 ], the small-world property descends gradually until the network scale gets into stabilized status, the evolution trend of network fitness is uncertain, determined by mutation rate and decline rate. Enterprises can improve enterprise routines network property through changing main logic to certain extent.
