摘　　要： 对山西中条山新型建材有限公司和新绛威顿水泥有限公司的2 500 t/d熟料生产线热工标定数据进行了比较与分析。采用废渣配料,既可以提高熟料产量,又能大幅度降低熟料热耗,具有很好的发展前景,但在生产中应注意其对烧成系统的影响。 The present paper compares and analyzes the thermotechnical nominal data of two 2 500 t/d clinker production lines from Zhong - Tiao -Shan new - type building material Co. Ltd. in Shanxi province and Wei -Dun concrete Co. Ltd. in Xinjiang. Using waste residue, the clinker production is increased and its heat lost is reduced, which has good development prospect, but the effect on firing system in production practice should be paid cloze attention.
