摘 要: 以水解聚马来酸酐(HPMA)、聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)、葡萄糖酸钠、D-异抗坏血酸钠和锌盐为原料,研制出一种新型无磷缓蚀阻垢剂。利用旋转挂片腐蚀实验、静态阻垢实验和电化学实验研究了该无磷缓蚀阻垢剂的缓蚀和阻垢性能。结果表明,无磷缓蚀阻垢剂的质量浓度为50 mg/L时,缓蚀率和阻垢率分别达到90%和98%以上;该无磷缓蚀阻垢剂是一种以抑制阳极为主的混合型缓蚀阻垢剂,在A3碳钢表面的吸附遵循Langmuir吸附等温方程。 A novel phosphate-free corrosion and scale inhibitor was obtained from hydrolytic polymaleic anhydride,polyepoxysuccinic acid,sodium gluconate,Sodium and Zinc D-erythorbates.The performance of corrosion and scale inhibition were evaluated by rotary hanging-piece corrosion test,scale inhibition test and electrochemical experiment.The results showed that the dosage of the phosphate-free corrosion and scale inhibitor was 50 mg·L-1,the maximum inhibition and scale inhibition exceeded 90% and 98%,respectively.The phosphate-free corrosion and scale inhibitor mainly inhibits the anode process of corrosion and belongs to mixed-type corrosion and scale inhibitor.And the adsorption of the phosphate-free corrosion and scale inhibitor on A3 metal surface obeys Langmuir adsorption isotherm equation.
