摘　　要： 大力建设各地地方特色文化,是推进广东文化强省建设的有效手段。在文化强省建设的总体布局上,应充分考虑各文化区文化发展的历史与现状,合理布局、特色发展。在各文化区内部,也应结合其独特的自然和社会条件,按差异化原则进行地方文化的建设。具体到每一个文化区中的城市,应该结合城市的发展历程、城市的精神个性,来建设文化强市。地方特色文化建设,首先应抓住我有人无的独特资源进行开发,应当创造性的利用文化资源,以文化创意开发出特色文化产品,应该打破现行的行政区划的限制,实现跨区域的联合,应与公共文化服务建设保持一致。 To promote the cultural construction of Guangdong Province, it is necessary to promote the construction of unique local culture effectively. In the overall layout, we should take full account of the historical and current situations of all the cultural areas in order to realize the rational distribution and u- nique development. In each cultural area, the cultural construction should be combined with its unique natural and social conditions, on the principle of differentiation to the local culture. For each city in a cultural area, the cultural construction should be combined with the city＇s developmental process and spiritual character. We should make full use of the unique local resources to develop creative cultural products on the basis of public cultural services.
