摘　　要： 本文从制度变迁的视角分析集体林权制度改革对林区农村基本经营制度稳定的影响。集体林权制度改革以促进林地流转、大力发展林业合作经济组织和创新林区农村公共产品供给机制为着力点来稳定林区农村基本经营制度。林地流转和林业合作经济组织主要通过改进林业经营效率对林区农村基本经营制度稳定产生影响,而创新林区农村公共产品供给机制则通过增强社会保障功能发挥作用。 This paper analyzes the relationship between the collective forest right system reform and the stability of rural basic management system from the view of institutional change. In our analysis framework, the collective forest right system reform contributes to the stability of rural basic management system by promoting forestland circulation, developing cooperative organizations and innovating rural public goods supply system. Promoting forestland circulation and developing cooperatives would improve the efficiency of forestry management, while innovating rural public goods supply system would enhance the social security.
