摘 要: 心理所有权是指个体感觉到目标物(有形的或无形的)或目标物的一部分是"我的(我们的)"一种心理状态。本文认为在我国集体主义、高权力距离和关系取向的社会文化情景下,领导方式对员工心理所有权的塑造具重要有影响作用。544个有效样本的研究结果表明:领导方式与员工心理所有权显著正相关,其中变革型领导对员工心理所有权的影响最大,其次是家长式领导,最小是交易型领导,同时,市场导向对组织绩效和品牌绩效有显著地正向影响。 Psychological ownership is a psychological state that the individual feels that the target or part of the target is his,"it is mine(or ours)".In the collective,high power distance and Guanxi Orientation social culture background in China,leadership style may significantly have impact on employee's psychological ownership.Data from 544 employees reveals that leadership style has significantly positively correlative with employee's psychological ownership.Results demonstrate that the impact of transformational leadership on employee's psychological ownership is greatest,that of patemalistic leadership is greater,and that of transactional leadership is lowest.At the same time,market orientation on the organizational Performance and brand Performance have significantly positive imppcton.
