摘　　要： 可靠性作为衡量软件质量的重要特性,其定量评估和预测已成为人们关注和研究的焦点。为了较好地衡量软件可靠性建模中的影响因素,引入文献比较分析法作为研究方法,从软件过程的视角出发去分析讨论影响软件可靠性的因素问题。该研究方法首先进行了广泛的文献检索,研究不同学者关于影响软件可靠性的各种观点,随后进行分析整理,最后对其进行分类总结获得影响软件可靠性的过程因素。仿真结果表明,该方法能够获得软件可靠性建模中的主要影响因素,从而为建立软件可靠性早期预测模型提供分析基础。 The quantitative assessment and prediction about software reliability has become a focus of attention and research because software reliability is an important characteristic of software quality. In order to better measure influencing factors in process of software reliability modeling, this paper used literature comparative analysis method to analyze and discuss affecting factors on software reliability form the perspective of software process. This method firstly carried out an extensive literature search and found different viewpoints on software reliability which were proposed by different researcher. And then, these viewpoints were analyzed and evaluated. Finally, the process affecting factors on software reliability were presented by summarizing or classifying, The simulation results show that the method can provide main factors of software reliability modeling and propose analysis basis for studying on early software reliability prediction model.
