摘 要: 以丙烯酸-2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸共聚物、苯甲酸钠、氨基磺酸、异抗坏血酸钠和锌盐为原料研制一种循环冷却水无磷缓蚀阻垢剂。采用旋转挂片腐蚀试验、电化学试验、静态阻垢试验对循环冷却水无磷缓蚀阻垢剂的缓蚀和阻垢性能进行评定,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对碳钢试片表面腐蚀形貌进行观察,结果表明循环冷却水无磷缓蚀阻垢剂是一种以阳极控制为主的复合型缓蚀阻垢剂,在工业循环冷却水中对设备和管道具有优良的缓蚀和阻垢性能。 Using acrylic acid-2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid copolymer ,sodium benzoate, sulfamic acid, sodium erythorbate, zinc salts as raw materials, a phosphate-free corrosion and scale inhibitor for circulating cooling water was developed. Performances of the composite phosphate-free corrosion and scale inhibitor were evaluated by the rotary hanging sheet corrosion test,the electrochemical test and the static scale inhibition test .The surface corrosion morphology of carbon steel specimens were observed by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results show that the phosphate-free corrosion and scale inhibitor is a kind of anode control composite corrosion and scale inhibitor, it has excellent performance to protect equipments and piping in the industrial cooling water.
