摘　　要： 我国高职毕业生创业比例低、成功率低、技术含量低、工科类学生比例低,其根本原因是学校创业教育不足;高职院校创业教育在重视程度、课程体系、师资、实践条件、管理、研究等方面存在问题,要提高创业教育水平必须从提高认识、更新观念、加大投入,构建课程体系、培养创业师资等方面努力。 Environmental protection is an important function of modem government, government can not be replaced in environmental protection, as the organizer and leader of environmental protection, in recent years government has done a lot of work in environmental protection, environmental protection has made positive progress. But environmental degradation has not been fundamentally eliminated, environmental incidents occurred several times. How to optimize the government＇s environmental responsibility is a worthwhile study.
