摘 要: 功能内稳态(function-specific homeostasis,FSH)是维持生物功能充分稳定发挥的负反馈机制,FSH的品质由功能复杂性和稳定性构成。应激打破FSH,处于应激内稳态(stress-specific homeostasis,StSH)的应激称为成功应激,后者能够实现FSH的升级或降级。低水平激光或单色光(low level laser irradiation or monochromaticlight,LLL)不能调节成功应激或处于FSH的功能,但可以促进应激建立StSH。应激能提高组蛋白去乙酰化酶1(sirtuin 1,SIRT1)的活性,LLL则可以调节SIRT1的活性。本文分别针对软骨细胞增殖、延迟性肌肉酸痛、伤口愈合、生长和衰老讨论了LLL的应激效应。 Function-specific homeostasis (FSH) is a negative-feedback response of a biosystem to maintain the function-specific fluctuations inside the biosystem so that the function is perfectly pcrformed. The quality of a FSH includes function complexity and performance stability. A stress disrupts a FSH. A stress in stress-specific homeostasis (StSH) is called a successful stress which upgrades or degrades a FSH. Low level laser irradiation or monochromatic light (LLL) can not modulate a successful stress or a function in its FSH, but can promote a stress to establish its StSH. A stress can increase sirtuin 1 (SIRTl) activity, and LLL can further modulate SIRT1 activity. The LLL effects on stress were discussed for chondrocyte proliferation, delayed onset muscle soreness, wound healing, growth and aging.
