摘　　要： 以全国、广东省、中山市1995-2007年的数据描述三级政府规模与经济增长的变化情况,并用菲德模型检测各级政府规模对经济增长的差异性影响。研究结果表明,各级政府规模变化轨迹并非简单的扩大或缩小,而是呈运动变化势;省、市地方政府规模对经济增长的决定性作用不显著,中央政府显著;各级政府部门的边际生产力低于非政府部门的边际生产力;各级政府的消费性支出对经济增长产生外溢效应,其中市级政府的消费性支出对经济增长产生负外溢效应。 The paper described the relation between government size and economic growth taking Zhongshan, Guangdong data from 1995 to 2007. And It tested the differences from each government size influence on economic growth by Feder model. The results of the study showed that change track of each government size was not simply enlarged or shrunk. Pro- vincial＇ s and municipal＇ s government size on the economic growth of the decisive role was not significant, but the central government was obvious. The marginal productivity of each governmental department was lower than non - governmental department; the governmental consumption＇ s payout generated spillover effect on economic growth, but municipal govern- ment was negative.
