摘　　要： 从冠突散囊菌特性、冠突散囊菌降氟方法2个方面综述了有关黑茶降氟的研究进展,如利用紫外线辐射诱导、含氟化学药品、抗生素、农药和病毒诱导降氟等诱导冠突散囊菌噬氟的方法。并指出了目前研究中存在的问题和今后的研究方向。 This article reviews the research progress in reducing fluorine content in dark tea with Eurotium cristatum from the characteristics and fluorine-reducing method of Eurotium cristatum,including the methods of inducing Eurotium cristatum to reduce fluorine content by using ultraviolet radiation,fluorine-containing chemicals,antibiotic,pesticide and virus,and points out the present existing problems and the future studying direction.
