摘　　要： 基于博弈论视角,利用相关博弈理论,分析市场经济条件下,企业社会责任相关利益方在一次博弈行为、重复博弈行为中的策略选择,通过构建一般博弈模型,分析博弈参与方的支付矩阵,力图揭示出企业社会责任相关利益方产生"囚徒困境"的行为动机,进而提出相应的解决对策.基于博弈分析,从政府部门和企业自身角度提出了加强我国企业社会责任体系建设的合理建议. Based on game theory perspective,using relevant game theory,this paper analyzes under the market economy,the strategy choice of the corporate social responsibility stakeholders in a game action and repeated game behavior.By building a general game model,it analyzes the game players＇ payoff matrix,trying to reveal the CSR stakeholders＇ motive of ＂Prisoner＇s Dilemma＂,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Based on game theory,this article,from the perspective of government departments and enterprises themselves puts forward some reasonable proposals for strengthening our corporate social responsibility system.
