摘 要: 以蔓性蝴蝶草全展叶片为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,分别添加0.01、0.05、0.1mg/L浓度的TDZ及CPPU,研究TDZ及CPPU对分化芽的影响,并进行了最佳生根培养基的筛选。结果表明:不同浓度的TDZ和CPPU对蔓性蝴蝶草的芽分化影响不同,MS+TDZ0.1mg/L和MS+CPPU 0.05mg/L对外植体芽的分化的诱导效果最佳,达到100%;在1/3MS培养基上的生根效果最佳;移栽成活率在90%以上。 Fully unfolding of leafs of Torenia baiUonii were used as explants and MS as basal medium adding different concentrations of 0.01,0.05,0.1 mg/L TDZ and CPPU, to study the effect of TDZ and CPPU on differentiation of bud, and the best medium for rooting were screened. The results showed that the optimal culture medium for inducing adventitious buds were MS+TDZ 0. 1 mg/L and MS+CPPU 0. 05 mg/L, inducing rate was 100%. The optimal culture medium of rooting was 1/3MS and the rooting rate reached 100%. The survival rate of the plantlet was up to 90 % after being transplanted into soil.
