摘 要: 在造船行业中,由于船台焊接作业特点决定了焊接设备普遍使用几十m的加长控制电缆。通常焊接电源与送丝机之间使用10芯或9芯的控制电缆,而双丝焊机因为使用2台送丝机,所以其控制电缆芯数更多。利用嵌入式系统,研制双丝脉冲焊接电源和送丝机之间控制信号通信系统,将控制电缆由11根线减为5根线。焊接试验证明,该通信系统运行可靠,实现了减少控制电缆的芯数,既减少生产成本,又减少断线故障率,提高生产质量和效率、节能降耗,具有重要的现实意义,且对于多丝焊及其他焊接作业具有同样实际意义。 In the shipbuilding industry,it was necessary that tens of meters lengthened control cable was used in electric welding machine because of the characteristics of the building berth welding.Usually the control cable consisted of 10 or 9 cores between the welding power supply and the wire feeder.The control cable's core of twin-wire welding machine was more because it used two wire feeders.The control signal communication system between the welding power supplies and wire feeders was studied by using the embedded system,the number of the control cable core was reduced from 11 to 5 which decrease the production cost,lessen the wire breakage failure rate,improved the production quality and efficiency,save energy and reduced consumption as well.So it possessed important practical significance to multi-wire welding and other welding.
