摘　　要： 近年来,随着市场化与股份制改革的不断推进,我国商业银行的生产资源配置日益优化,市场竞争能力不断提高,改革的成效总体上来看比较明显,无论是从单个年度的静态效率指标变化还是从动态的Malmquist指数计算的效率改进情况来看,都显示出良好的发展趋势。但是,从具体的各项效率指标的对比来看,国有商业银行与股份制商业银行仍存在较大差距,而且,单纯从每家样本银行的具体效率变动来看,也都呈现出波段式发展的特点。 In recent years, the static efficiency indexes and the dynamic indexes of the commercial bank have shown a good development trend, which means that the alloca- tion of the productive resource is optimizing, the competitive capacity is increasing, and the effect of reform is positive. However, in contrast with respective indexes, we will find that there are still large gaps between the state-owned commercial banks and the joint- stock commercial banks, and even in contrast with one sample bank＇s ten years＇efficiency changing condition, we also find the development is changing a lot.
