摘　　要： 我国的学位与研究生教育经历了数量规模上的巨大发展,当前正进入从数量扩张到质量提升的转型期,提高研究生的质量水平成为当前研究生教育的关键和主要任务。在研究生教育大众化的转型期应树立与时代相适应的质量观,即发展的、多样性的、全面的研究生教育质量观,才能促进研究生教育质量水平的提升。 In the period of transition for academic degrees and graduate education in China to go from expanding quantity to improving quality,the key and the most important task is to heighten the quality level of graduate education.In this revolutionary period of popular graduate education,it is necessary for us to hold the developmental,diversiform and comprehensive quality view of graduate education.
