摘　　要： 针对当前高职教育中课程设置、师资队伍、教材内容以及考核方式等方面存在的不足,提出了以"就业为导向"的人才培养模式的改革思路,以期对促进高职院校人才培养模式改革、提高人才培养质量产生一定的借鉴意义。 For the current vocational education curriculum, teaching staff, teaching materials and assessment methods, etc. shortcomings, proposed to ＂employment-oriented＂ training model of reform ideas, with a view to promoting the reform of vocational training, have some reference on improving the quality of personnel training.
