摘　　要： 供水管网内壁上普遍存在着生物膜,而管网生物膜是导致输配过程水质下降、影响安全供水的重要原因。综合论述了当前有关管网生物膜的形成过程和微生物种群结构特征方面的研究现状,分析讨论了影响生物膜特性的各种因素以及管壁生物膜与水质之间的相互作用机理,并对今后管网生物膜相关的重点研究方向提出了建议。 Biofilms are commonly found on the inner walls of water distribution systems, and it is an important reason to cause water quality deterioration during water distribution and to influence water supply security. The current research on the formation of biofilms and microbial community characteristics are reviewed. The factors influencing the characteristics of biofilms and the interactions between bioflims and water quality are analyzed and discussed. Some key aspects for future research on biofilms are proposed.
