摘　　要： 以工业级单质硅为原料,利用硅粉在碱性条件下与水的反应,通过控制投料方式、投料总量和体系pH值,得到粒度均匀的硅溶胶.以铁离子含量作为主要的杂质检测指标,分光光度法测定结果证明:该工艺硅溶胶中铁离子含量比离子交换法制得的样品中铁离子含量降低了85%,可满足电子级要求. The technics of silica sol preparation by the silicon dissolving with catalyst is studied. Through controlling the conditions in process, the sol of equal particle size is prepared. Moreover, the contention of iron ion has been analyzed using the Phenanthroline. The result shows that the sol meets the challenge of electronic grade.
