摘 要: 网络化使旅行社的转型成为一个迫切的问题,商务旅游市场是旅行社转型的重要阵地,而定制化是商务旅游市场区别于传统大众观光旅游市场的重要特征,如何满足顾客的定制化需求是旅行社面向商务旅游市场转型的重要问题。文章以奖励旅游为例,指出与顾客组成项目小组共同创造价值是解决定制化实现旅行社面向商务旅游市场转型的有效方式,然后对旅行社与顾客如何共同生产、共同创造价值进行了分析,最后从参与驱动因素的角度将顾客参与共同创造分为外在性参与与内源性参与。 Networking has enabled the transformation of travel services to be a pressing problem and business tourism market is an important position for the transformation of travel serices.Customerization is the important characteristics of business tourism market different from traditional sightseeing tourism market.How to meet with the customerized demand of visitors is an important problem of travel services facing business tourism market.The paper,taking incentive travel as an example,points out that composing item groups together with visitors to co-create value is an effective way to solve customerization and complete the trausformation.The paper then analyzes how to co-produce and co-create value with the visitors.Finally,from the perspective of participation and driving factors,visitors' participation is divided into exogenous participation and endogenous participation.
