摘　　要： 道家的"道"既是"无",也是"有":"无"就其体言,谓体虚不实;"有"就其"在"言,谓确有"道""在"。但"道"或"无"作为一形而上的"存在",恰恰"在"于并且仅"在"于形而下的有形有名的物象之中。故"道"之"体"乃"无体之体",其"体"之显恰在于使万物通过"无"而成体;"道"之"用"乃"无用之用",其"用"之征亦在于使一切用成其为用。 Taoism＇ s ＂Dao＂ is not only ＂nothingness＂which means non- body, but olso ＂being＂which means ＂existence＂. But as a metaphysics existence, ＂Dao＂ or ＂nothingness＂ only exist in everything. So, the noumenon of ＂Dao＂ is non- noumenon, and the presentation of ＂Dao＂ is non - presentation.
