摘 要: 针对食品质量与安全专业实践教学存在的问题,提出了"三结合"的实践教学新模式,由原来单一的校外实习变为校外多种形式实习与校内课程技能训练相结合的多元化实践教学。注重针对性与实效性的实践教学改革,显著提高了教学效果,在锻炼学生的同时,也帮助实习基地单位解决了实际问题。 This paper introduces a new mode that "three combination" countered food quality and safety specialized subject practical teaching problems, it changed original single practice outside university into diversity of practical teaching of combined a variety of practice outside university with course skill training inside university. The practical teaching improvement attached importance to pertinence and effectiveness, it raised teaching effect remarkably, both exercised students and salved practical problems for practice base.
