摘　　要： 西周时期没有专门的法律条文,■是一篇涉法铭文,其中涉及到的犯罪是诬告罪。本文在对铭文进行集释和翻译的基础上,总结出这次诬告案件的审理程序,这有助于了解西周时期的法律情况。 There is no special legal clause in the Western Zhou Dynasty; the inscription on Ying Yi is re lated to a legal question, which is a crime of frame - up. On the basis of explanation and translation of inscription collection, we summed up the trial procedure of the frame - up case, which helps us to understand the legal situation in the Western Zhou Dynasty.
